• Delivery: We may offer local delivery within Khargone. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.) are not our liability.

• Risk Transfer: Once the products are delivered to you or picked up from our store, the risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to you.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of sanitaryware and plumbing products, we maintain a strict policy to protect the hygiene and quality of our stock.

• Damaged/Defective Products:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We will arrange for an inspection. If the claim is valid under the manufacturer’s (Ashirvad/Cera) warranty, we will facilitate a replacement or refund as per the brand’s policy.

• Change of Mind / Wrong Selection:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (e.g., you bought a Cera faucet but decided you don’t like the color or style after installation).

  • Please choose carefully and consult with our staff before making a purchase.

• Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled before the items are dispatched or prepared for pickup. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued (excluding any transaction fees incurred).

7. Warranty Information

• Product Warranty: All products sold by Gopal Machinery Stores come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty (e.g., Ashirvad’s leak-proof warranty, Cera’s product warranty).

• Our Role: As dealers, we are here to facilitate warranty claims. However, the final approval and resolution of any warranty claim rest solely with the manufacturer (Ashirvad or Cera). We are not liable for the manufacturer’s denial of a warranty claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Gopal Machinery Stores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, plumbing failure, water damage, or labor costs incurred during installation or replacement.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh.
